Delete Your MojoScale Account

MojoScale lets users delete their account from the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email from the address on the account.

Delete from the mobile app

Open MojoScale and sign in Use the email account you want to delete.

Go to Account Open the console screen, scroll to the Account area, and choose Delete account.

Confirm with your password The app asks for your password and the word DELETE so the request is intentional.

What gets deleted

Your Firebase login account is deleted after password confirmation.
Your MojoScale account is disabled/anonymized.
Mobile login tokens and web sessions are revoked.
Your email is removed from the disabled MojoScale user record.

What may be retained

Some information may remain for a limited time or as required for service integrity, security, backups, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational records. This may include server logs, backups, support history, de-identified telemetry, or records needed to protect the service.

Deleting an account can remove access to sites, gateways, devices, profile records, telemetry history, and support records connected to that account. Do this only when you are sure.

Cannot access the app?

Email contact@mojoscale.com from the email address on your MojoScale account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject.

We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the request before deleting or anonymizing the account.
